Let us briefly introduce you our association, colleagues, our main activities and services.
The founding members of our Association have jointly carried out their activity as junior associates, during which period they got to know each other well. By strengthening their friendship and collegial relationship, and by combining their knowledge and experiences, they decided to establish the V&B Association of Attorneys-at-law.
We established our Association in 2021, in order to provide our clients with effective and practical legal solutions and in order to make it possible to solve their legal problems to a high standard and in a way which is as rapid and cost-effective as possible. The committed members of our team assist their clients, manage their legal issues, by providing them with up-to-date information.
We pay particular attention to the recent achievements and the latest technological innovations, and we provide our clients with the fastest and most comfortable solutions possible.
We carry out our activity primarily in the field of private law. Alongside Hungarian language, English and Russian are also our languages of work. In addition, our colleagues can maintain contact with clients in German, Ukrainian, Serbian and Croatian languages as well.
Our office is located in Downtown Budapest, in quiet environment. The office is easily reachable (it takes a 5-minute walk from the Nyugati Railway Station to get there).

Dr. Ádám Varga pursued his legal studies at the University of Szeged, and received his law degree with cum laude qualification. Subsequently, he worked as a junior associate for a law firm having also an international clientele. Simultaneously with his junior associate activities, he pursued studies in European and International business law, where the language of instruction was English.
After having the Bar exam passed, he started to work as an individual attorney-at-law in 2021 …

He pursued his legal studies at the Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law and received his law degree in 2017, with cum laude qualification. Subsequently, he worked as a junior associate for a law firm active in the field of private law. During this period, he gained relevant experience in managing common legal issues that business associations (companies) face, including the formation of a company, mergers between companies or dissolution and liquidation of a company as well. Moreover, during the period before he passed the Bar exam, he placed particular focus on real property law, by drafting and drawing up gift agreements and more complex real property sale and purchase contracts and by preparing formation documents for condominiums. His areas of legal practice include family law, law of succession, contract law, debt collection, litigation.
